The Challenge

I2 Analytical needed a clear way to communicate what they do after investing in a new laboratory. Their services are highly technical, making it difficult to explain value clearly to clients and stakeholders.

Our Approach

We focused on a people-first storytelling approach, using interviews with the I2 team to bring out personality, culture and credibility. This was supported by strong visual storytelling of the laboratory environment and workflows, helping translate complex processes into something clear and engaging.
